Refund and Cancellation

Please refer to the applicable offers for our current subscription plans and pricing. Any terms and conditions of any offer disclosed to you when ordering is deemed to be part of these Terms. HSAC reserves the right to change the fees for its print publications (product) and will provide intimation of any increase prior to you being charged. By using our Sites or making a purchase you provide your consent to receive notices, disclosures, agreements, policies, receipts, confirmations, transaction information, account information, other communications, and changes or updates to any such documents electronically. We will provide these by emailing them to your registered email address with us. You agree that the Electronic Mailings satisfy legal communication requirements, including but not limited to requirements that any such communications be in writing. Electronic Mailings will be deemed received by you within 24 hours of issuance. HSAC reserves the right to modify the content, type and availability of any print publications. Frequency of magazine issues is subject to change without notice. Some issues count as double issues, in HSAC’s discretion. If the post office alerts us that your print magazine is undeliverable, we have no further obligation unless we receive a corrected address within 3 weeks. Nothing on the Sites constitutes a binding offer to sell, distribute or give away any products. In the event the products are listed at an incorrect price, we have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or you have been charged. We reserve the right after receipt of your order to accept or decline such order, or any portion thereof, or to not ship to particular addresses, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or after you have been charged. There may be information on the Sites that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We make no representation as to whether information on the Sites is current or the completeness or accuracy of any information on the Sites.

Any request for cancellation of your subscription will not be entertained once your free gift has been dispatched. In case of cancellation post dispatch of the free gift the cost of the gift mentioned on the offer will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. HSAC shall not accept return of the free gift in lieu of it.

You can cancel your subscription by calling our Customer Service at Monday through Friday; 0900 - 1830 at Tel: Board 022 – 23787590/23787589/23787592/23726415 and speaking with a customer service representative. You can also send an email with the word “CANCEL” in the subject line providing information about your subscription number and the subscription you wish to cancel, to subscribe@haymarketsac.com. Any refunds are subject to the terms of the offer you accepted. All refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis i.e. only for the amount of the un-serviced subscription copies will be refunded. Any processing fee or bank charges charged by the issuing bank / payment provider will be deducted from the refund amount and net amount will be refunded. Refund process will take 4-6 weeks. Only defective and damaged product can returned within 4 working days from the day of delivery, if one can show the proof of damage. Customer has to place a return request at subscribe@haymarketsac.com with the subject “Magazine return”. HSAC liabilities shall in no event exceed the subscription amount paid by the Customer.

Delivery and Shipping Policy

First issue of subscribed magazine will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks after receipt of payment. Subsequently the magazine will be sent regularly on a monthly basis. The magazine will be delivered by Ordinary Post, Registered post and Courier subject to payment of additional charges.
